Unlike most people in here, I think Female Humans look great in armor and have wonderful melee and casting animations. The males are an absolute abomination.
That said, Female Human Rogue for sure. Amazing attack animations and they look awesome in leather.

I wish female humans didn’t run hunched over…
I’d play a Human Paladin. 
I wouldn’t play as a human, being a human is just boring… I’d either go mage or shaman, panda.

i never play humans because i am a human in RL . this is supposed to be a fantasy , and my fantasy is that im not human .

If you are primarily leveling to get heritage armor and shelving it? Warrior.
Fast to get from mob to mob in combat and can ride on dungeon queues as a tank and as a melee you will never feel weak during leveling content, only when you hit max level before getting geared.
Also you can unlock all the weapon mogs along the way.

Probably a rogue, cause I am a rogue, but I don’t know for how long cause I can’t stand a humans walk in stealth and when they burst from stealth. “cringe”
