Really the only race I would remove is Pandaren. Not because I don’t feel like Pandaren shouldn’t exist (they are definitely canonical), but really Pandaren should have been a Horde only or Alliance only race, not the neutral race they are (and the other faction of wherever they ended up given something else). They feel disconnected from the world because their neutral race status prevents the lore teams from really committing them to any Horde v Alliance causes.

Vulpera is my first instinct, but for the health of the game I would say undead. They don’t fit in with Horde or Alliance.
When Sylvannas unleashes her Blight on every alliance city and town, all the alliance races will be deleted.

I was undecided but you make some excellent points. Forsaken gone would probably be best for the world/story. Many stupid plot hooks (most of Sylvanas’s) around making more Forsaken so they can continue as a race, which should be horrifying to all of the other races.
If not them, then my petty answer would be Zandalar Trolls… because I hate seeing trolls in my Paladin Order Hall.
Probably drenai. I never understood the appeal of them, they kinda look like elfs on hooves. Plus I think demystifying Archimonde and KilJaeden race was a mistake.
Humans are probably the second choice. Interesting how would it look like without them. But I feel like there would always be a most human like race to latch onto as a point of reference.

I’m a butt man. Which is why I favor Blood Elves. OK, the space goats aren’t bad, either. But those blood elf ladies? MMmmm yeah.

Well my Retail main is a Blood Elf lady and trust me since that HD model update… It’s great to be an Elf.
Now if they could fix the game and make it fun for me again…

The Forsaken. They were added to give the scourge from the RTS Warcraft days playable representation much like how the Night Elves were given to the Alliance. The Horde should’ve started with Goblins or Ogres instead
Void Elves because their lore is horrible.
HM Tauren and LF Draenei could’ve been barber shop options as opposed to an entire race
The Draenei in general were one big retcon, so they’re a contender for me
Worgen were nothing more than trash mobs prior to Cata, they don’t really fit the classic Alliance theme imo

Gnomes. I legit lose my sense of immersion whenever I see a Gnome Warrior or Death Knight running around. They’re ridiculous enough on their own.
It is terrible because it literally consists of “Well, everyone tells us that the powers of insanity might make us crazy, but we didn’t believe them and started poking them to learn their secrets. Then those secrets tried to eat us. Oh, and we got kicked out of our home because when we get too near to the Sunwell those secrets try to burst through and eat the rest of the world. But that’s all fine, right?”
