Armor dye. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made a perfect outfit only for the colors to not match. SWTOR has the best transmog system I’ve ever seen in an MMO and you can do so much color customization in that game and it makes me mad when WoW has so many armor pieces that are locked to a specific ugly color.
I would add the solo queue system into arena skirmishes. Once you queue in, you could persistently continue with the same team as long as you want. People would love it, they just don’t know it’s something they want.
I would like to have the Fel customization options that NPC eredar have.

Here is a whole thread with examples:
Night Elf Paladins.
I thought we might be going that route after Legion had that NE priest, Delas Moonfang, convert to a Paladin, but I guess not.

A solo farming mode to the dungeon/raid queue system so we can pick the difficulty and farm it as if we went to the entrance.
So much time wasted flying to the front doors.
Dye system for gear/mogs, especially trading post mogs

Would one of her voice lines be “this isn’t even my final form”?
An AH overhaul:
1> Create a “reverse” AH, where I can list something I want, with what I’d pay for it … and someone can fulfill the order.
2> Make everything you buy from the AH Bind to Warband. End degenerate AH gameplay overnight.
Guaranteed leveling event every week, not just Timewalking, anniversary events, prepatch events, or other FOMO stuff like the Dragonflight event happening on the 22nd. XP from leveling in a certain expansion (and have that expansion extend to cap that week) perhaps, or bring back the Legion / BFA invasion events, or use fast XP methods inspired by Remix servers.
A no flying server for all those that think the game is “Better” without it.
Lift restrictions on transmogrification based on armor class.
They serve to such little purpose nowadays, because in the recent expansions, the transmog system actually got so many “cosmetic” additions that literally let you bypass your own armor class, and sometimes even copy some classes.
Prime example for me: Arcanist’s Regalia from the anniversary TP / cash shop. You can look like a mage head to toe as a Survival Hunter. You can even transmog the class-agnostic Mage staff from MoP remix.
A 1 per account so pick your main twist-a-plot style quest that is forever long (adds each week) and cannot be meta’d at all, ever.
