I would remove Void elves.

And add High Gnomes of Quel’regan to the Alliance.

We don’t need warcraft 3 to justify existence.

Gnomes are going to save the Alliance, now join up or fall with the Horde.

Just remove blood elves, you don’t need to add anything else. Make people play ugly monsters if they want the clout of being in the bad guy faction.

Gnomes can’t even save themselves. They had to rely on outsiders to purge their city that they still haven’t taken back, rely on outsiders to cull Mechagon, and rely on outsiders to save Mechatorque.
