I liked Vienna sausages right up to the point when I didn’t. And I can’t even tell you why. Tastes change as you go from child to adolescent to adult, or at least mine did.

Outside of specialty hotdogs (think NY street style or chili dogs etc) I put mayo, mustard, and sharp cheddar cheese.
