IDK, XIV 1.0 shut down and the whole time it was a huge event. They capped it off with GMs spawning in mobs, players fighting hordes of enemies. GMs custom making more mobs just to be a real challenge. Was absolute chaos. Then we get treated to an amazing cutscene.
WoW would probably be full of players there for the memes and spamming N-words left and right knowing a ban no longer matters. Would probably be actual chaos. Moan Guard players would just be erping in public chat.
Kind of want to see how that chaos would unfurl. However in all honesty with Blizzard’s track record they’d announce it an hour before the servers went offline for good. No way in hell they’d be transparent. In fact, knowing Blizzard they’d unveil another 6 month sub mount literally a week before it happened.
