Nope, in the movie it was literally because Thrall was born prematurely due to the Draka stepping in to Dark Portal. He was blue because he was choking himself which is something that actually can happen in the real world, Gul´Dan saved him with fel magic and infused him with it so he became green.

It would probably be a normal Draenei baby, since their spe*m and egg cells would contain normal DNA, despite their bodies being altered. The Draenei baby would likely then be lightforged at some point once it’s grown up.

How did Thrall become green when he was born when both of his parents were uncorrupted?

That’s simple. Thrall was created when green was still acceptable. Orcs were naturally green and turned red under extreme fel empowerment, like when Grom drank the blood of Mannoroth again in Warcraft 3.

But the people at Blizzard decided Orcs weren’t human enough, so they retconned their backstory by making Orcs, a previously warlike and violent race by nature, into peaceful shamanistic flower pickers. And since that wasn’t enough, they also made them more humanlike in skin color, “naturally”.

This was one of the best things that movie came up with. Thrall being delivered by Gul´dan and being saved by him moments after his birth is really interesting layer added to both of them since they are both antitheses to each other of what Orcish race and nature should represent.

Also Thrall was first Orc born on Azeroth according to this. I never got to read second Chronicle, but i really wish they made this canon.

Guess is like Worgen, they’d have to go through the trials of becoming Lightforged. Unless Lightforged has become a lasting change and genetically, the only thing I think will last is the hair, eyes, and skin along with horn and tail appearance. Asides that, nothing significant.
