Nobody disagrees with you here.

Your answer is “it’s bad so people shouldn’t do it”

We agree. We are beyond that. We are discussing why people do it, and how blizz could improve stuff to stop/reduce it.

The best way to stop bad behavior is:

  1. make the punishment severe enough to deter behavior.
  2. remove the incentives that lead people to do bad behavior.
