the skill floor for specs has been massively raised with the ceiling being dropped just as hard
it’s about time invested, grinding gear and learning your meta comp while learning how to counter the other meta comps

This could be true for fotm/ one time players, but if the same people are always getting higher rating/ rank it’s hard to believe it’s because of gear.
