If Monks Had Race Specific Abilities

If I remember correctly, Monks never had race specific abilities. For example, Dwarves/Human Priests used to be the only ones that got Desperate Prayer at level 10. Dwarf Priests also got a Fear Ward at level 20. There was all types of different racials depending on the class.

So, what class specific racials do you think would be available for Monk back then? For the sake of brainstorming and fun, they do not need to be balanced (which is why they were gutted or transformed…). You can also include newer races like allied races, future races, unavailable races even (preferably ones that can be Monk).

So I’ll give some ideas of mine now.

Gnome/Goblin Monk
Vacuous Fermentation - Hurl a batch of brew you wouldn’t dare drink, depleting enemy resources and gives a 80% increase movement speed to allies while in the Area of Effect.
1.5 Min Cooldown 8 Yard radius Duration 5 seconds

Void Elf Monk
Playing With Shadows - Tear A rift through space 10 feet wide, obstructing players line of sight. (You can click the rift to pass through it.)
Last for 10 seconds.
3 Minute Cooldown

Pandaren

Very Bouncy (Passive): Falling at heights greater than 65 yards causes you to bounce on impact with the ground, nullifying fall damage.

Make a Seat: Sit on your target’s head/face, silencing, disarming, and rooting them until you are affected by an ability that causes you to lose control of your character or decide to move.

Human/Dwarf

Drinking alcohol can only get you tipsy and will give a stat bonus which stacks. The stronger the alcohol the more stacks are made. The higher the stacks the higher the chance you deflect an enemy’s attack causing your enemy to hit their ally or themselves.

Vulpera
Furry lover (10s channeling, 2 min cd) - wag your tail and perform a furry dance for 10s. Once the dance finishes, all enemies with in 40 yard will be charmed by your furriness and unable to attack you. Damaging the charmed enemies doesnt break the effect because they are willing to be mistreated by your furriness. However, this effect doesn’t affect other furry players, such as worgens, druids in animal forms.

That was really uncalled for. What is wrong with people?

Dwarf: earthen vessel
Your auto attacks occasionally also heal you for 1% of your health. ICD 15s

Pandaren: extra cushion.
Hitting the ground while rolling reduces fall damage by an additional 100%

Honestly they don’t even have to be OP but it’d be really fun for flavor to give some little benefits for different class/race combos like this

Maybe make them not combat related at all though …
