Magni was a “”“bad father”"" so he’s legally never allowed to be king again.

Probably, but the Council of Three Hammers now rules and he’s a Bronzebeard. Without disturbing the natural order, he’d be ‘a’ ruling head, not ‘the’ ruling head.
