Most of my mythic raiding friends despise titanforging. They just aren’t super vocal about it.
Well you’re right in that most of us don’t really care what gear you have unless you’re running content with us. What we do dislike though is running a mythic raid, finally getting that sweet piece of gear you’ve been waiting for… and then the next day getting a 455 titanforged piece from trivial content that is better.
Or in my case, someone getting the trinket two weeks in a row that I’ve been drooling over since the raid released - but the second week it forged 5 levels so our other healer can’t trade it.
Add that to the fact that mythic raid gear can’t titanforge.
