Got a question, if dracthyr wear mail ,how can they fly with transmog plate set? Wouldn’t that be too heavy to fly?
Plate increases the cooldown on Soar.

“Dracthyr” are hardly what players think of when they think “dragons”.
If Blizzard really wants “playable dragons”, then go all-in. Or if they are hellbent on making Dracthyr a core race, then go all-in on that. But they just feel like a half-measure that are to incomplete halves of two different design approaches.
Neither approach is bad – I certainly have my preference, which would be shifting into actual dragon forms – but neither is really completely fleshed out. If they’re going to be humanoid, then they aren’t really dragons. But you wouldn’t make them humanoid unless they were going to wear armor, which they also can’t do. Except they can, but only the stuff they added to the barbershop, so it’s not a creative choice but an incomplete feature.
I think this race class combo was poorly designed and implemented. It feels clunky as hell, and forced dragon form and forced visage is bizarre. Someone really wants to have their way regardless of what the players want, and it shows. Why couldn’t we have gotten a race or class that’s been requested for literally a decade?
I’d prefer Visage could just be any race at the VERY least. Just give them the eyes and call it a day. If they’re feeling particularly generous allow us to slap some horns on.
