If Collector's Edition owners get their pets, then let us have Murky

Hard to have better items when my other account has all of them…

I understand man, and selfishly of course i want my spectral tiger in vanilla. But he doesn’t really belong there if i’m honest with myself.

Murky and the vanilla CE pets, however, belong as they were parts of vanilla

No Murky. CE is fine.

Why not Murky? he’s in the code already.

Give me a logical reason he should be left out of the vanilla re-creation but the vanilla CE pet owners are rewarded? There is no reason at all. NONE

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Murky was absolutely part of the vanilla WoW experience. Why not include him in Classic? You’re clearly just jealous of those fortunate enough to have a Murky of their very own.

There is no logical reason to leave Murky out now that the CE vanilla pets are included for those lucky few.

Murky should be included for accounts tied to him as well. Why not?

Someone needs to give me one reason why CE vanilla pets are in, but Murky is not since both are 100% vanilla pets. He’s in the vanilla code already.

Murky wants to be part of Classic too blizzard! PLZ

Jealous!?!?! Murky is a retail pet. Panda, Zergling, and Mini Diablo are coming home to classic where they belong.

and by the same logic you used so does Murky as he was released in Vanilla

Murky is not a retail pet at all.

Murky is from the original blizzcon right after WoW’s launch. It was 100% part of vanilla every bit as much as Panda, zerg, or mini diablo were.

Maybe even more so since it rewarded the original Blizzcon attendee’s (i drove 3000 miles)

You are mistaking Murky for another pet.

You’d have an easier time finding a retail version of vanilla WoW unopened than a Murky. There are less Murky owners than vanilla CE, so who does this hurt?

Murky is 100% vanilla. Again, you are mistaking him for something else.

There is no logical argument that can be made why the vanilla CE pet owners get their pets, but Murky is left out for Murky owners.

I can’t think of one. It’d be one thing if the vanilla CE pets weren’t included because then it’s kind of “tough luck” for all of us, but the minute the vanilla CE pets were given the green light… it became unacceptable to not include Murky for the Murky owners.

Murky, a retail pet?! Dude, just stop posting, as you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about.

I hope you guys who have murky get your pets, it would be a shame if my mini Diablo didn’t have someone’s murky to play with on our journey through azeroth.

Thank you so much! I really hope so too. There’s so few murky owners left anymore anyway, i can’t believe anyone would be upset over this request.

i’m happy (and jealous) the vanilla CE owners got their pets, i just hope Murky gets to come along for Classic like he did in vanilla.

The first Blizzcon happened in October of 2005, nearly 11 months after the launch of WoW. I had my CE pets day one, you didn’t have your Murky day one. Wait 11 months just like before

We gotta keep it authentic.

ha, as long as we get Murky in 11 months i’d actually compromise with this but prefer if he was given at launch.

There’s no reason why not TBH. I’m happy you vanila CE guys got your pets (i’ve always been envious of them) and would hope you guys, of all people, would support us Murky owners getting our lil guy back for classic too since he was part of vanilla.

Collectors edition pets were out during release. When did Murky come out?

2005, which was during Vanilla, and during the whole “everything from 1.1 - 1.12” cycle, so not sure your point, the only content we should have is what was at release? lol ok

Clearly blizzard agrees with me

Yeah, I’m sure they’ve combed through this thread, looking for your words of wisdom…

No murky. Classic CE’s pets only. D
