If chuck norris was a class in classic wow he would be

He plays the portal boss.

That’s why we can’t defeat the portal boss, we can only wait until he gets bored and logs out… every so often the portal boss raids the authentication servers, BNet, and forums. Blizz says it’s technical issues or being DDoS’d, but they’re just afraid to tell us the truth.

I think you have that backwards.

He already said in the wow add back in the day he was a hunter…

You are one of those supporters of that chick Hilary that went to those Eyes wide shut party’s where everyone meet’s up wearing yak heads to do each other right?

I’m a socialist, so no.

Fixed that for ya.

It’s ok, you just too high to read properly.

Also show me a single example of socialism working on a large scale.
If you can I’ll buy you a safe place.

Post-war US when we had strong business regulations and strong labor protections along with a growing liberalization in culture that allowed for significant gains in rights for women and minorities. The result was one of the most prosperous periods in US history with economic mobility and freedom unmatched before or since.

Admittedly, this is a pretty broad definition of socialism as US foreign policy at the time was still horrendous and there wasn’t actual worker control of the means of production. But the stuff I mentioned is what politics defines as socialism these days.

Also, please address the child concentration camps.

Definition of socialism

1 : any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods

2a : a system of society or group living in which there is no private property

b : a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state

I believe my good sir you are referring to Democracy and Capitalism. Which do indeed work quite well. Most people advocating for socialsm don’t actually seem to understand what it is.

Trashing Chuck Norris in a classic forum and making up your own definitions?

Good stuff.

Friend, I actually mentioned that specifically in my post. To remind you, as it was the significant distance of “less than a full post ago”:

But the unfortunate truth is that US political discourse considers “Treating employees like people” and “Not letting the rich hunt the poor for sport” socialism. So, I operated on their defintion. And under that definition, business regulations and worker protections become socialism.

And lol at the idea of capitalism resulting in social progress. In reality, capitalists have fought tooth and nail against every last scrap of progress society has made and will continue to do so until we all die. Which should happen in about 10-15 years.

ALSO SIR PLEASE ADDRESS THE CHILD CONCENTRATION CAMPS WHERE CHILDREN ARE LITERALLY DYING BECAUSE OF TRUMP’S POLICIES

As for “concentration camps” I’m assuming you are talking about people illegally coming into the country? Then being separated when deported? I see no issue. There are legal methods for citizenship. Let them use those or stay home.
I’m sorry, but you are a little beyond the realm of reason at this point. That’s way into the realm of tin foil hat nut-jobbery.

A free society doesn’t need the PC police telling us how to think bub. The the joy of it. Also as to everyone dying in the next 10-15 years, I … I just… I don’t know how to reasonably address that.

Canadian health care. Plus you do realize a lot of policies are Socialist in nature, right? It’s not like you’re a true Capitalist country.

You mean that glorious health care system where everyone receives equally bad overpriced health care? Health care that could be more cheaply provided by private sources, and in greater quality?

Wait you support the government separating children from their families? And you do realize not everyone has access to these legal channels, right? A lot of them are fleeing for their lives and trying to go to where they perceive a better life can be lived.

A free society also doesn’t need to imprison and neglect people who want to join it.

You know a lot of Americans like to make this claim, but not once have I seen a Canadian agreeing with it. Being able to receive care for free is great - especially when it’s critical. There’s no waiting list if you need something immediately, but if it’s something that isn’t critical you aren’t given priority (like in the US when you have money). It couldn’t be more cheaply provided as privatized health care is one of the worst systems in the world for the health of a citizen - unless again, that citizen has wealth.

I’m sorry but I didn’t sign up to pay for the world’s issues.

I feel bad for them, but I am very much a US first type citizen. Let the rest of the world handle it’s own problems.

The US doesn’t agree with that, especially when there’s profit to be made. You also seem to not care about the US as you don’t want to help the people in your own country.

I’ve known several.

For example did you know the average wait to see a specialst in Canada is around 5 months? Or that the average household pays around $12,000 a year in taxes to fund that abomination?

What part of paying for illegals helps my own country?

Sorry but I don’t want it to be an appealing place for people to sneak into.

No, I mean these camps

"A chaotic scene of sickness and filth is unfolding in an overcrowded border station in Clint, Tex., where hundreds of young people who have recently crossed the border are being held, according to lawyers who visited the facility this week. Some of the children have been there for nearly a month.

Children as young as 7 and 8, many of them wearing clothes caked with snot and tears, are caring for infants they’ve just met, the lawyers said. Toddlers without diapers are relieving themselves in their pants. Teenage mothers are wearing clothes stained with breast milk.

Most of the young detainees have not been able to shower or wash their clothes since they arrived at the facility, those who visited said. They have no access to toothbrushes, toothpaste or soap."

Tragically I can’t post links but that quote is from the New York Times. You can find it with some mild Googling.

Regardless if these people entered the country illegally or not (and many are trying to enter under the legal asylum process), you’re a monster if you actually believe the conditions are acceptable.

This is a fun read:

"Northeast. Heat waves, heavy downpours and sea level rise pose growing challenges to many aspects of life in the Northeast. Infrastructure, agriculture, fisheries and ecosystems will be increasingly compromised. Many states and cities are beginning to incorporate climate change into their planning.

Northwest. Changes in the timing of streamflow reduce water supplies for competing demands. Sea level rise, erosion, inundation, risks to infrastructure and increasing ocean acidity pose major threats. Increasing wildfire, insect outbreaks and tree diseases are causing widespread tree die-off.

Southeast. Sea level rise poses widespread and continuing threats to the region’s economy and environment. Extreme heat will affect health, energy, agriculture and more. Decreased water availability will have economic and environmental impacts.

Midwest. Extreme heat, heavy downpours and flooding will affect infrastructure, health, agriculture, forestry, transportation, air and water quality, and more. Climate change will also exacerbate a range of risks to the Great Lakes.

Southwest. Increased heat, drought and insect outbreaks, all linked to climate change, have increased wildfires. Declining water supplies, reduced agricultural yields, health impacts in cities due to heat, and flooding and erosion in coastal areas are additional concerns."

That’s from the NASA webpage on the effects of climate change. Hope you don’t have kids (because they will regret being born)!
