Rumors keep coming up about a possible colab in 2026 between Blizzard and Netflix.

Now, since the movie was a disaster (acording to many), and we know that the making of the movie affected WoD directly, if the rumors are true, do you expect WoW to be affected again?

Did you enjoy the movie at all?

Which timeline and characters you hope to see in the series? (if the rumors turn out to be true ofc).

I’d rather just have an episodic show that just has a different wow story per episode

If it’s Netflix, I’d expect a series personally.

Maybe they’re hoping to hit another Arcane. If so, I hope Blizzard isn’t footing the bill the same way Riot did lol

Eh, they do alright. One Piece was/is great, Arcane was phenomenal (even if it could barely be called an adaptation) and I know people hate on Last Airbender but I enjoyed it.

As much as I loved that show it instilled zero desire in me to play League again.

But I do want them to be successful because I want them to fund more Arcane lol

i liked the warcraft movie, finally watched it last year. Not great, but it was solid

Since Amazon is making a Warhammer 40k series, Netflix is looking at the Temu version.

I think a lot of people would be interested in a Warcraft series, whether they play WoW or not. Lots of people who have never touched LoL or even heard of it (lucky) loved Arcane. So long as they follow lore without any weird diversions, I think it’d be a hit among many.

I haven’t heard these rumors, but if they’re true—I sincerely hope we don’t get any more live action, whether it’s a movie or series. WoW’s art style suits animation far better than live action, imo.

If an animated WoW series is announced, I’ll be over the moon with hype. If a live action project is announced… I will sigh very heavily and brace myself for disappointment.

i remember several years ago blizz saying something along the lines of making a diablo miniseries (animated, iirc). i’d go track down the links for y’all but, nah, lazy…

I enjoyed the movie and have rewatched it a few times. Wouldn’t mind seeing more covering each (good) expac. My only real criticism is that Garona was too human and those little prosthetic teeth were silly.

The movie was ok, I always rewatch it if I have a chance. It would be awesome if they started from WC3 into WoW.
