Okay, and do you understand the issues progressive patches create? For example why did this mechanic work like this yesterday and not today? And why can’t we go back to when X worked liked Y after whatever patch? And why do think that said mechanic was changed in the first place?
Spell batching functions exactly like it did in Vanilla. There have been exactly zero examples given in ten months of it functioning differently.
I mean blizzard couldn’t do keyring it was delayed lol.
Amazing how you missed all those many hundreds of threads on the topic. Or maybe you’re just lying for whatever reason. Are you that guy’s alt?
Hundreds of threads by hundreds of people that don’t know what they’re talking about. Give me an example of Spell batching not working like it did in Vanilla.
If anything, that guy would be MY alt. My gear is waaaaay better.
I already explained to you how it’s a compete non issue.
People complaining about how a mechanic is working during tbc isn’t a freaking issue lol. That’s making the game the way it was. If you think people complaining about how the game played out in tbc is a major issue, I would advise you and those people to just stop playing the game
This isn’t 100% true. Yes talents and spell numbers were at 1.12. But if Blizzard really went with 1.12 Classic all the raids would have been available when the game first launched. They went out of their way to create phases. That’s not 1.12.
What I’m advocating for is, like how they did phases, have the heroic and raids use their earlier damage and health point numbers. And when possible give back some trash/bosses their original abilities. That doesn’t bring back old bugs or cause any major patch issues. There were very few ‘bugs’ in TBC that were because of a mechanic. Kael is an exception obviously. But for example the Orc Guards in Heroic Blood Furnance original did a triple attack slash, near the end of TBC this was nerfed to just a double attack. Many mobs were nerfed into the ground. Warlocks in SLabs lost their death coil (which made pulling dangerous and made prot pallys great for certain trash pulls) Some mobs were even flat out removed. Magtheridon’s Cube mechanic was nerfed so you could spam it with just one person. I would like to experience, mainly, the original difficulty of Heroics and Kara. Those are the early content we will have and if we go with 2.4 they will be even easier because of buffs to our classes and talents. Give us the harder version of the early content so it’s a little more interesting those first few months after hitting 70.
Honestly, I hope they go so far as to add in class balance patches (the same ones in tbc not new ones) because it does make it interesting. Just having your class at a specific spot that it wasn’t in at a certain point at the expac is kinda lame tbh. That’s a big reason Mc was as big of a joke as it was.
Not saying it still wouldn’t have been easy, but Christ it was an actual joke.
