Remove ilvl scaling. It's literally one of if not THE MOST anti-RPG elements to ever be put into wow.

Stop holding flying hostage. People will continue to play and enjoy the game if they have more freedom.

Stop with the RNG. Make obtainable goals and don't hope RNG will keep us playing forever.

What were you thinking when you advertised Tides of Vengance as a Night Elf "Fist Pump" moment? when all you gave us was our army killed and turned against us for "reasons", 2 NE lore characters now essentially Horde and Tyrande+Elune+Malfurion unable to defeat Nathanos, Nathanos!!!
Tyrande and Malfurion are on Demigod level of power and now Tyrande is empowered by a GOD and both of them couldn't stop Nathanos from mocking them the whole fight and escape alive and with his goals accomplished!!!
What the hell were you thinking when you wrote that story?!

Make Gnome Souls, think dark souls but with Gnomes. Get on it!

Oh and add more end game systems to have fun in, or spruce up what you already have a few notches. And buff fury warriors of course.

2. Id ask them to find out who the OCE Community manager is and ask them why theres been no communication.
