I got a new idea for the menu. There should be a two-column mode where one column is Horde and another column is Alliance. This mode should be switchable on and off. Also, this makes room for your four favorite Horde and your four favorite Alliance characters. Also they should add item level to the tool tip. Also, since this is going to take up additional room on the screen in this mode it should just show the highlighted character.

Also, can you add ITEM LEVEL to the tool tip.
