Idea to make the Liberation talent more appealing

The Liberation talent doesn’t look all that appealing to me, and based on some discussion I’ve seen, it looks like it was intended to appeal to caster-style holy paladins like myself.

Something that’d look more appealing to be would be a way to turn Flash of Light into damage. Maybe Liberation could simply apply to FoL’s healing instead of or alongside of LoD’s and WoG’s. Maybe a percentage of overhealing from Flash of Light could become damage to a nearby enemy. Or maybe Flash of Light could even be allowed to be cast directly on enemies to deal holy damage.

Granted, this would de facto turn Flash of Light into a filler damage spell for Holy—and even if the devs weren’t sick of hearing our cries for a filler damage spell, honestly, the ideal filler-spell would be something more like a choice node where a Holy Strike ability with no cooldown is one option for those who prefer melee combat, with a ranged choice being a Holy Bolt spell with no cooldown that makes excellent use of our spellbook casting animation (which is just begging for a projectile spell to be used with it!). But if the devs aren’t ready to make a Holy Bolt spell like that, the next best thing is allowing FoL to do some damage.

If I’m being really, really honest, I’m looking for something that’d let me spend extra Infusion of Light procs that I get from Inflorescence of the Sunwell while I’m soloing; those extra procs are going to waste, and a filler-spell, even if it’s just Flash of Light with some holy-damage bells and whistles attached, would neatly solve this problem.

Removed: Liberation

Added: Beacon of Judgment (You can apply Beacons of Light/Faith/Virtue to allies OR enemies. When applied to enemies, they do damage based on your healing)

I’m just having fun, I can see a billion problems with this already
