Make Suramar and Silvermoon sanctuaries too

Bel’ameth, the new capital city for Night Elves, will remain a sanctuary for all players in 10.2.5, so that means it will be the first time Horde players will be welcomed in an Alliance city: I welcome this change, I think it’s positive for the game, especially for role players. Can we please now do the same for Suramar and Silvermoon? You can make Gilneas a neutral city as well in compensation. Or Ironforge for that matter, I don’t care.
