From what I read more people would like flying to be not available in warmode.
That’s what it sounds like. I am usually too lazy to do WM but I think this type of incentive would get me off my butt to turn it on more. The post got reported as upsetting.
Turn flying off for WM and anyone that says, “Flying shouldn’t be in game at all.” That way, 3/4 of the annoying people in the game will be in there.

Eh, warmode shouldn’t have any perks at all. It should also be every man for themselves PVP. This way you only get the people that truly want to PVP doing it.

Flying ruins War Mode. War Mode should be without flying if anything.

Because your community has already said warmode is dead. Google /forum search can help you there.
So adding unneeded restrictions is pointless.
It’s on the same level as if you want to use Transmog - have WM on.
If you want to use bags to store items - have WM on.
If you want to use barber - have WM on.
If you want to repair items - have WM on.
If you want to level alts - have WM on.
If you want to gather herbs/ore - have WM on.
See how radicicolous these are? So is yours.
Instead of looking for sneaky ways to get some more easy targets into Warmode you should just probably get better at PvP.

Considering, “but what about World PvP!?!?!?!?” is one of the (many completely invalid) arguments against flying as a whole, the suggestion is backwards.

classic showed loud and clear that bgs killed wpvp because wpvp is only “fun” when there’s no reward. the second rewards show up people will do whatever is most efficient.
I have a serious question I am hoping you answer.
If world pvp is so fun and exciting. How come you and blizzard keep having to think up incentives to get people to participate.
if it were fun and exciting wouldnt people…choose…to participate for all the fun?
