Crystal eyes. Draenei love their crystals, and if night elves can get fancy eyes than so can Draenei. Both can choose between golden, purple, or silver. They would be faceted, and faintly glowing.

How about tails that lay flatter and don’t lift cloaks so high that you can’t use a 2h axe or mace without most of it clipping behind the cloak
