The BMAH is supposed to have a new round of items in circulation with 8.2.5.
I haven’t seen Tusks yet, but I have twice now see iLevel 130 necklaces. WTF is the point of that???
It has nothing to do with xmog. It’s an absolutely meaningless bracket in which to try and get a “powerup” in terms of gear. WHY WAS THIS ADDED??
When people asked for more things to be added to the BMAH, random, totally useless junk was not what we meant.
First point, 8.2.5 has been out for like a week. I’d imagine that the Tusks would be at least as rare as things like Dreadnought Helm, or other extremely desirable xmog pieces.
Second. Why on earth are there necklaces on BMAH? That’s stupid as all hell.
Just wonder how Paladin Tier 3 always goes for 800-900K. Been since introduction BMAH I bid on it and never won a single piece. People token way too much.
Well yeah I’m fine with that. I was just making that statement to outline my opening line of “new things were added.” Mentioning Tusks is kind of a “bullet-point” item for that. A short summary, if you will. 
Frostmourne BMAH has one of the Emissary mounts from Legion on it, which was added in 8.2.5, which makes sense.
But yeah…Nobody is gunna pay 5k for a random neck from MoP that doesn’t even have any special effects, can’t be transmogged (because it’s a neck), nor is any good for twinking.
It must be unique to your server.
I had original T3 shoulders and belt from Naxx 1.0. I bought all the rest from BMAH.
Three of those pieces, I bought for min-bid!
The helm I paid 120k for, and the rest I paid 80-100k… but I had to lose AT LEAST 4-5 times. I never pay more than 100k for BMAH items, there aren’t THAT MANY collectors. If you’re patient, you can get things cheap. So for me, it took a long time (I only completed the set about 2-3 months ago).
Statistically, there are more Warriors than Paladins.
Arguably, the Warrior T3 is better looking than Paladin T3.
So the Dreadnaught set should be MUCH harder to get than Pally T3. So all I can think is that your server is full of die-hard Paladins that REALLY want that set. I dunno …
But good luck! I didn’t even know there was a FoS for completing the set. When I got my final piece, I was completely shocked! 
Envious, never did OG Naxxramas as Paladin. I had a hunter when I first started. I picked up Paladin in The Burning Crusade when Blood Elves were added.
We only ever completed 2 wings. It was BRUTALLY hard.
A lot of things were considered hard back in Vanilla but so far re-doing them in Classic makes me feel that it was just us how we were still terrible at the game. Like using Keybinds instead of clicking, having widescreens instead RTC monitor allows better ui Management and to view surroundings. And above all, better internet and computers.
Anyways, I won’t let that derail this topic. Still wish the prices on some those items would stop being rediculous. There’s Dreadnought shoulders going for 2.7 Mil right now on a short bid. It’s rediculous I think.
I bid 1.5 million on t3 warrior shoulder, and got outbid. Yep.
Yeah, good luck getting pieces of Warrior T3 like Shoulders and Helm for anything less than gold cap.
I’d expect the first few Tusks and Solar Spirehawks to goldcap extremely quickly on most servers.
Also on a slightly related note, I think necks on BMAH are a bug since the patch notes specified transmoggable loot, but they jump imported the entire loot table off Ordos.
All depends on demand, sometimes t3 shoulders sell for 1-2 million, sometimes 3-4 million, never seen it go over that, so def not gold cap lol.
Oh yeah, they raised gold cap. I keep thinking it’s still 2 mill.
I’d definitely expect Tusks and Spirehawk to go for 10 million the first time they appear on Frostmourne’s BMAH.
Tusks yeah, they’ll go high, real high.
