Ice mage on a pedestal while arcane and fire are once again, left in the dust

Pretty based ngl

That is not accurate. That would have meant that fire and frost were not okay, and this round of patches brought it o ā€œfineā€ status.

Truth is, frost and fire are the favorites and arcane, well, they really don’t know what they want to do with us. I wish arcane surge was more impactful, because for its cooldown, it hits nowhere near as hard as a glacial spike, ray of frost, or hell, even an arcane blast lol.

Yes yes, spell power, but when you’re being trained, hard to make use of it.

As a curiosity, with blast wave slow nerfed from 70% to 50%, are there any other classes that still have a slow greater than 50%?

Could you give me your tips on how to kite sub rogues? They are the most difficult for me to kite, with cloak, vanish, step, and all their cc. I think they and hunters are my checkmates.

I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

You did 1 lobby, rage quit and then made this post? And you’re utilizing that metric to justify your position. This is low quality bait.

Arcane is the strongest spec lol

I can do okay, but when I get zugged zugged, I’m doomed. Ironically, I do better against other casters.

I’d love some feedback if you had any to provide. Cheers!

It’s mostly about learning how to trade mobility because arcane has a perma snare and sprint from barrage

Db, nova, displace, blastwave are rotated so that melee never have constant uptime

I can’t offer that much advice through text so maybe watch someone like aeghis’ twitch I guess? Think he explains what he’s doing while playing

The best advice I can give for sub rogue is to play blink, not shimmer. Try to save block for duel, take ice block heal (no other good places to put the point that would be shimmer anyway imo), and once you blink a stun in their go immediately press alter. With blink, you can save trinket for their blind when they try to reset.

Once cloak is down, keep up slow and NT so they can’t restealth and try to RoFire on CD. It’s a hard matchup for sure, but it’s a chess match that you can win. Good luck friend!
