I believe long term studies are essential to the safety and efficacy of any medicine, including vaccines, especially brand new (relatively) techniques such as mRNA vaccines, and COVID simply does not warrant the short sighted haste. Metadata and third party verification (to either verify or contradict company claims) is also essential to a safe, properly functioning medicine.
I also find it moronic that if I was terminally ill and wanted to try an experimental medicine to treat a disease I am 100% going to die from, Iâd hit an FDA roadblock because of âsafetyâ but itâs perfectly fine to recommend mass vaccinations with an experimental drug because politics.

They donât seem to realize that they are aging out of existence. In less than 50 years the hispanic vote will be the largest bloc in the country. Racism wonât keep them in power for much longer. You can only redistrict so much of a vote advantage.
And the usually regurgitated response is that the BLM and Antifa burned cities, attacked Federal buildings, and murdered people all last year. We can go back and forth about this all day long and in the end weâd be right back where we started.
The vast majority of people have been conditioned to feel VERY strongly about political wedge issues. I believe itâs being called âtribalismâ now days. It needs to stop. There needs to be a truce and some meaningful dialog. Everyone is way too focused on their group âwinningâ at all costs and itâs harming us all.

Yes, itâs unfortunate that because of the anti-vaxxers out there the virus has mutated to the point that itâs even more contagious and the current vaccines donât prevent infection, or the spread of infection. The reason that that happened was because everyone was tired of staying inside and wearing masks but didnât want to get a vaccine that literal millions of people have gotten with very few side effects, most of the serious reactions were allergic. Viruses that spread mutate and change. You have to stop the spread to stop new variants from cropping up and people couldnât hack that because they didnât want to keep social distancing and wearing masks and not eating in restaurants and going to the movies.
So you can thank your fellow vaccine-reluctant folks for the place where weâre at, where the vaccine âonlyâ makes it so that you personally donât die.
