hospitals were able to go back to standard procedure, with elective surgeries being performed again because they were just stashing all the covid patients somewhere secret, and paying them to stay quiet.
it must be marvelous to live inside your brain. 
it’s not illegal for hospitals to ask about a patients medical history.
it’s not illegal for hospitals to release information without using patients names.
