I rarely ever see players sporting heritage armor sets, so who cares.
As much as I like the set shown above, I do not think it should be tied to Heritage armour, but rather be sold or somehow obtainable.
However, this is what I imagine Nightelf heritage armour being like.

As long as it wasn’t made by any of those implicated in the assault scandal, anything is game.
Agreed, maybe a Trader Post offering some month. I do like the bikini, especially since it’s skimpy on the dudes too, but it’s a little too simplistic to be a heritage armor.
I like it but the mask is a little bit too “night fae”.
I think they (Blizz) are leaning to covering up rather than stripping down. I dont see this happening.
Blizz has shown they can do multiple variations for the same set. They can have this skimpy one for both, and have a more armored version, maybe even toss in a robe if they wanted to.
I personally want this set haha my nelf druid shape shifts anyway so she doesn’t need armor to be protecive.
There’s been datamined chain bikini tops for guys and gals so I hope they keep on this tread of equal opportunity skimpy mogs.
Undead heritage armor has to be the hardest for the designers to come up with.
Does the armor have to reflect their Lorderon heritage?
Should it reflect the history they created after freeing themselves from Arthas and starting their own thriving society?
Would people be mad if we just gave them one style?
I have no problem with them. Hope you get what you want.
For Orcs and Humans, they are getting different color variations to represent the different clans/kingdoms they are part of. Maybe Blizz could do something like that for them? A Lorderon theme and then their theme for after they started anew.
Probably, Blizzard hate Nightelves, they’ll likely give allied races a 2nd heritage set before they give us anything.
Be interesting to see the Lorderon theme and that it’s not a take on Calia Menethil’s outfit.
The fact that Blizz is doing different colours for the different Orc Clans and Human kingdoms gives me hope for the Night Elf armour.
I’ve always been of the opinion that the Night Elves would have been (at the time) the most unique as Night Elf Culture had clear gender roles: The women were the Warriors (sentinels) and the men were the Druids
So my arguement was that for proper “Heritage Armour”, Blizz would need two sets: a set for the Women that takes inspiration from the Sentinel/Warrior past, while having a set that was more Druid inspired for the men. There would be an under tone tying them together, Elune for example, but the sets would be distinct for the sexes.
Now that Blizz has been doing the extra work to represent the multiple clans and kingdoms, I’m rather hopeful they’ll do it for the Night Elf set.
That you can see the eyebrows punching through the helmet on the silver set is just disappointing.
Bliz has quietly pushed the NE armor under a rug after their exposure as a crapfest office space. I would like to get it as heritage, but I am betting they are going to say the BFA armor was it.
I really don’t think it would be too complicated.
Especially when there are Undead guard ones we could easily use, as mentioned the UC throne room guard armor, there’s a a blue and red variation. There’s also the Undead guard set models in use in Dal and Zanda.
Nah, they’ve explicitly said that every race will get a heritage armor and that the warfront armors don’t count.
Besides, the first WF was orc/human and those are getting heritage next patch. It’d look reaaaaaally bad for them to go back on promises and make that argument at this point and I don’t see it happening.
AHHG!
Put some clothes on you hippy!
This is literally the armor set that the NE druid is wearing in the Vanilla opening CGI in what seemingly a hostile situation, the very first thing you see when you install the game.
Undead would be human heritage armor.
Not much “heritage” for a race that is pretty new in comparison to the rest.
The draenei armor needs to capture that wandering exile look that their origional artwork had.
Worn leathers, colorful textiles. Downplay the floating crystals. There’s plenty of crystal armor looks available for them.
