Nothing majorly changed during beta LOL during the early beta phases there were a lot of class tree iterations still nice try on painting a picture of them not listening and communicating.

im also on the beta and have logged about 40 hours trying to find specific bugs and scaling issues with talents scaling wrong. The devs are making changes but they dont communicate at all on the beta forums
I said they have HAVE been listening in terms of iterating on the talent trees for the last couple of months like around (and mind you alpha started in July and ended around August). And beta soon started late August or early September and to early October when they were still iterating and then came late or middle of October when they stopped iterating and start focusing on class tuning and stuff

Blizzard tracker just released a post a couple hours ago announcing another round of class and spec tuning and balancing and they are still tuning and balancing in the background.
Beta is not a marketing tool it’s still a testing environment and I don’t agree with your statement to think that there weren’t any big and massive changes to any and all design choices to Dragonflight as a expansion when they have a month left to make whatever changes needed to make the expansion the best it can be.
I know they are and am hopeful but i wish they had some intern or cs person at least drop a call from time to time and be like we are aware of this one thank you for the feedback ect

I can say that they don’t listen or they would put the debufs enemy target plates on the new UI for one example. please spear me
And what happens if they have nothing to announce and plus right now that is going on its better have evidence then not having anything to say. But even with each evidence it won’t kick in till later builds of the beta.

I dont know if it relates to devs to customers but when I was working with my local isp and things got bad we found that it had better results to announce every now and then they we got nothing new yet
Alpha and beta is literally the same except that alpha is the earlier version but beta is the more polished version and with each builds the beta inches to more ever closer to a true release candidate. But even than a release candidate doesn’t mean is the true releasable version since they have to do a lot of backend stuff before launching it into the live servers.
Blizzard used to have some amazing GM’s back in the day. Absolutely amazing! But gone are those days.
As for the communication with the people here. If they really wanted to, there’s plenty of input from the beta players. They don’t need to talk to G&D.
Your job and this is not the same and plus your job is literally much bigger stake than say a video game.
No its not the same but the customer service side of things should be. When we tell tell them we don’t have any news and don’t have a eta they get the info out before people show up with pitch forks if that makes sense? Also its not my job anymore 
they sent my job over to India so I’m back in school full time lol

I mean we’re humans we can only do so much and since November 28 is inching closer it’s better to talk less and more action and even than having a Customer service person talking in today’s environment any words they use will be twisted and stuff so yeah it’s best to remain silent then to say anything. And since there are people datamining each day action speaks louder.
You know in India there is a law that all personal information on Indian citizens MUST stay in India and can only be viewed by India citizens. We just outsource good jobs for the profit of a few dollars.
I’m well aware of the reasons why and how they make more money by saving the taxes :() still sucks though. It was a terrible job dealing with karens every day anyway lol
