New Problem: Healers are Raid bosses again with 15% STA buff to self and allies and 40%+ Vers.

i actually have noticed this too. its feast or famine. either someone just explodes or no one dies until high damp.

they should have left healers as was and just nerfed burst to achiev the desired results. but again blizzard approaches most of the problems from the wrong angle.

Yep happens in alot of xpacs. WoW healers are deliberately overtuned and Arenas enables them to be that way in order to sustain people through a 30% damp and 25%+ MS debuff for 3 minutes straight.
