I was ahead on levels before World Server Down

It’s so sad, I was ahead on levels on Moon-Guard since I noticed no other level 63s on the “Who” tab and I got disconnected. Now apparently the World Server is Down, but if I log onto another character from Moon-Guard, I get into the game no problem? How is that making sense? Now I’m definitely not ahead, sucks.

Also on Moon Guard and having a similar issue on only one character.
