Looks like a transmog from The Secret World. My character in THAT game wears a hoodie and has a modern sporting rifle. Betting we won’t get either in THIS game.

There is some cloth legs that look like jeans and the guild shirts look a lot like T shirts and can be customized but its attached to whatever colors/emblem the guild chooses.
