ya and i see bear steadily rise in the ranks because its extremely strong good and better than vdh, not to mention its hella buffed in 10.1.5. prot paladin has huge utility and off healing not to mention aoe rupt and a button for literally anything, not to mention prot paladin is extremely sleeper in damage. you should learn how to read logs and not soyjak point towards “vdh is no1!!!”
of course its going to sound more professional and nicer, its ment to be viewed by devs without pointless screeching. no one likes the current playstyle cause one sides hate the movement in rotation and the other side hates the 4 maintence buffs havoc has to keep up.
yes ret paladin aka one bellow average in the heroic raid boss damage. do you wanna know why paladins dont complain much anymore?? because it doesnt play like complete buns by having your entire damage profile be in 5 1min buttons plus we’re not paper anymore. so yes numbers means nothign in the grandscheme of things when the spec is fun.
well it really sounds like people want a 3rd spec before dh gets any overal attention. like i stated before, put havoc and veng in a level of completion like devoker and prevoker was before augvoker was conjured up and we’re good.

Once again, very selective reading and very poor understanding of why VDH is being played and why it is considered rank 1 right now. It’s purely due to this seasons 4 set bonus. VDH in general is in a pretty terrible spot without the 4 set bonus. Other tanks just have better tools, more utility, and dont have to ramp up as much to feel like youre not gonna fall over. Both specs have alot of work to be done to feel fleshed out.

I will put my two cents in. And I will state you can check my item level I am a fresh (with in two weeks) of hitting lvl 70. I enjoy havoc as I have it built and I am enjoying Vengeance as I have it built. Now this being said. I find if laughable that a brand new class that was released with two specs is now getting a 3rd when we are on our 4th expansion and still only have 2 specs.
I will say I think the devs are right that healing doesn’t match DH so we should have a ranged dps spec. We all want DH to be better even if it is just crank up our dps numbers. I have stated in the past what I do not like about Havoc and my thoughts haven’t changed. But I am also having a lot of fun with vengeance. And I would like to see what a ranged spec would be for us and how they would incorporate warglaives into it.
Yeah, let us worry about 10.2 now when 10.1.5 hasn’t even been released yet.

As i predicted, they buffed havoc to some extent within just 1 patch. You people will keep complaining till we are fotm, but pls do that in seperate threads and stop shutting down other suggestions, as if the players get to decide on what the devs should be giving priority to.

I absolutely love how to two of you completely ignore the point i keep making about wanting a 3rd spec is not related to class balances. Class balances are for minmaxers, while casuals play the class they like based on playstyle, class feel, lore and other features. And many DH players like the current playstyle of DH and want the class to have new things. Who do you people think you are? How entitled do you have to be? No point in trying to talk sense into people like you anymore, good luck in your future endavours.
How entitled do are you people to think that because you’re “bored” you deserve and entire new spec just because. Get over yourself. DH has 2 specs at the moment that are sub optimal. This buff is legit a 3-4% increase at most and that doesn’t take into the fact the ring nerfs that most people are using so will even out to nothing. Also you realize we are currently on the same level as WW or in some cases below right?

In fact, every class should have one of their specs removed. If they complain, they can talk to Flavorpatrol who can tell them to stop being so entitled to three specs.
