The eagle really isn’t a pet it’s just a proc that pops up and all utilities are now in the players spell book in the MM side . As for having an actual pet it is now an option on the MM side but all important utilities will be tied to the new eagle system and will be better for instanced content where as pets will mainly be meat shields now for open world content like quests , WQs and delves.
