This is extremely frustrating… I went around and got all the foils and all the coins. I did everything I was supposed to do and yet I am still missing two achievements. I do not have “[Warcraft Rumble Minis, Maiev’s Newer Look]” or “[Rumble Minis, All the Looks!]”. For some reason I was not able to unlock Maiev’s GOLD look. It would not let me upgrade her look. I tried logging in and out, resetting the game, checking on alts, everything. NOTHING worked. I then opened a ticket and got a BS auto response back from Blizzard basically saying to check wowhead for comments that will help solve the issue. I did that BEFORE I even reached out to them… I’m just really annoyed and bummed out by this. So I guess I’m just SOL because they apparently aren’t going to fix this problem.
Give them time to figure out what’s causing it and how they’ll fix it. This just went live yesterday, and I doubt it was on test realm.
eta: just logged in after replying, and I had the missing foil in my bag on my main. Went to the machine and was able to do the missing upgrade, all achievements completed.
They must have pushed a server-side hotfix, because after I had been questing around Dragon Isles for a bit I returned to the Rumble Machine in Valdrakken and it had the upgrade quest for the gold upgrade for the foil I had in my bags and the only mini I didn’t have up to gold level (murlocs).
So, for me at least, problem solved.
Missing 3 upgrade quests, used all my 14 foils. Can’t finish. I feel like I upgraded Mini’s more than twice, that’s why I am missing the 3. Didn’t think that was possible so I was just mindlessly clicking when I got all 14. I do have all the Minis though.
I opened a ticket to support but got only an autoreply so far.
Same here! I got all the coins and foils but didn’t get credit for Gold Maeiv it just keeps asking for a coin i already got instead. Put in a ticket and got a canned response. Reopened the ticket got a response that many bug reports are coming in about it and to add mine to the pile. Nothing beyond that.
logged in to the character that found all the coins/foils that had 2 foils get eaten, and he just got mail from mizzen again to start the quest to come see them. what a mess.
I collected everything, got all the achievements except 2 both involve unlock Maiev’s gold appearance. I have a foil in my bag on my main but the machine only wants a coin.
Another one here, and I got forewarning. When updating the Huntress no matter how much clicking I simply couldn’t get the ‘complete’ tag to close the box and register. It took a foil so at the end I am 1 foil short . Now Sneed has only one upgrade meaning two incomplete Achievements … the newer look for Sneed plus All the looks.
I ran into a similar issue. I have upgraded all of my minis except for my murloc which the machine won’t accept the last foil I have to upgrade it to gold in order to get the full achievement.
It happened after I turned in multiple coins beforehand so if you haven’t done this yet, upgrade your minis first before getting a new one. Still have the foil in my inventory but I can’t use it to finish the last upgrade on my murloc.
I am missing Sneed and Maiven upgrade and I over upgrade ghoul and whelpign egg and now i have no foils

I’m have some issues as well i’m missing a rumble coin on the first floor in the inn at valdrakken. it’s not were it’s suppose to be i already got the foil an the coin from the second floor. so as of right now i’m missing 1 rumble coin and couple foils cause i’d need like 5 or 6 to upgrade other statues

It is fixed now! At least for me! I did log into my character and all suddenly was I able to hand in the foil!
It feels kinda bad when their promotion of a product is broken! Did they even hire someone to test it before shipping?

i guess fixed if you have a foil to hand in that couldn’t. the short foils situation is still broken.
And the issue where if your inventory was full when you opened the Rumble Box, you don’t actually get the toy still isn’t fixed either. 
For this issue, I’d imagine they’d have to have a way for you to get extra coins so you could get another box.
Not fixed for me. I have the foil in my bag and all achievements except the 2 requiring upgrading Maiev to gold. The machine says insert coin…
EDIT:
I just logged in again (25 mins later) and I had the upgrade quest. Achievements finally done.
Was one foil short yesterday and I ran the macro and they all returned true. When I logged on today tried running the macro again and one came back false now. So 1 foil re-spawned for me and I was able to get the last achievements I needed.
Same issue but with Maiev toy
