If tier sets come back properly I’ll be happy but the vault is going nowhere
Meh, I never saw the intrigue on tier sets but to each their own.
I’m more aware that they will simply introduce a more 9.2 theme’d system. It’s their M/O now.
Then 10.0 will roll around and they’ll have things that will be reminiscent of the things they tried with SL’s patches.
Not sure if I’m alone here but they could at least separate the pvp and pve chests weekly?

I’m not arguing anything. I’m saying I would like to go less than 10+ weeks without seeing an upgrade from the weekly upgrade generator (vault).

The cherry on top? So why am I not allowed a cherry? Why do people with no gear get cherries every week but I haven’t even seen a cherry in over 2½ months? Your comparison doesn’t feel like a good one.

It seems like you only play this game for the dopamine rush you get from winning the rng on a bunch of pixels. To me, it’s the lore, the production values, the music, the cinematic, the mechanics and most importantly…playing with friends. That is what it’s all about. The loot is so far down on my list of concerns that sometimes I forget to loot the mobs/chest. I recommend you reevaluate your relationship with wow and I promise you the game will become so much more fun
Sorry you struggle to understand facts 
It’s not an upgrade generator.
It’s a reward generator for doing more of the content you do. It’s not a guaranteed upgrade.

Because if you are going 10 weeks without an upgrade its because eyou are already gigga geared. Or if you are only doing 1 key then you arnt giving yourself good odds.
Inspect me in pretty geared and I probably get a usable piece every few weeks. Stat shuffles etc. I don’t get big upgrades anymore though. Why? Because I already have them.
I’ll have to introduce you to my alt who got their first 252 at around 210-220 and it was a downgrade!

You surmised that from reading 2-3 of my forum posts? Move along.
I have expressed how I think that Vault shouldn’t allow loot that’s already been collected from it to show up again for X weeks, unless it has a tertiary upgrade. Or how they could have a limited blacklist where you can specify which pieces you don’t want to see in your vault.
If it was free gear there would be no requirement to get the gear.
But since you have to unlock each section of the great vault (kill X amount of bosses, or get X amount of honor) it’s not free gear.
Anything I’ve gotten from the vault in pvp was pretty much a duplicate of something I already had.
