Every game is 45 minute dampeners because of the strength of dps higher up. You start facing things like rshaman/arms and feral/disc which if you play even at the skill floor no one should every by dying. They would need to put dampening in and then it would be fine.
2s was never part of the elite set in cata it was always just 3s/5s and rbgs. 2s is for the reason above was removed due to how toxic it had become.

Adding dampening into just 2s would solve the issue almost instantly, however that brings other problems which would suck especially if the bracket still had rewards in it.

Huh? Cata and MOP are known as the greatest PvP expansions of all-timeâŚand are still the most played PvP expacks on priv servers.
There is a reason why there are so many people re-joining Cata Classic just for the RBGS/arenas alone.

Cata is easily one of the worst xpacs for 2s, itâs extremely easy for games to end in a draw and it heavily relies on you either playing double dps or playing unholy dk + healer to actually end games.
I like 2s aswell but it 100% needed to have titles removed from it and same goes for 5s.
? I lead 2 RBG groups for my guild lol weâll be 2400. Easier to carry some friends in RBGs cause their classes dont go well in arena with mine.
You think RBGs have any indication of skill? Its similar to the vanilla R14 title, or a 5v5 title. If the only ratings you have are 5s / RBGs just know you are mocked as a RBG hero. Canât hack it in arena so you need 9 other dudes to carry ya. Its a joke lol. Come push Glad with me in 3s, see how ya hang, I wonât overcharge you too much.

Look at 2s every season Duelist cept wrath cuz it was dead just got tabard. 2600+ high duelist and I barely played 3s at all cause its wotlk

SpM is one of the most skillful 2s comps shows a lot about what you know. You act like im playing preg dk or hpal war or rogue rogue haha. Again, donât reply about arena unless itâs on a character with arena rating to validate your opinion. Like mine is. Donât worry, ill play games with you too, I just charge double to friends of your caliber.

But lets be real honest. 2v2 was always garbage, it is easily cheesed and one of those easy win comps was, yup, spriest/frost mage.
It says tons that you had 2600 2s and only 2200 3s.
2v2 should be removed its not balanced at all. Same with 5v5 and RBG. Itâs a joke.
I literally just didnt play 3s outside of getting the achievement. Donât enjoy wotlk 3v3. I love 3s in Cata & excited to play it again. I could have pushed both brackets higher if I played more of them, we just stopped cause ques took forever too was over it.
Lol youâre just naming a strong comp, it isnât easy because it gets ran over by a lot of melee, needs a giga mage for it to work. The âeasy winâ comps? I mean be real you know its war hpal / rogue rogue / preg dk / Rsham afflic / Feral disc / hunter disc etc. All of those, some of which i play on alts, is INFINITELY easier to play than SpM. SpM is one of the hardest comps to perform at a high level, just because yes it is strong doesnt mean its easy lol as spriest I cant even dismount vs pregdk gotta stay mounted so i can disperse mounted lol. So what is a hard comp then? Haha literally everything i can think of is easier. What other comp options do i have besides SpR & SpM? SpR is literally just open & win with a full pve rogue haha. SpM is the single hardest (viable) comp a spriest can play. Giving SpM crap for being easy while all those other comps i listed exist is crazzzzy
