I think I understand why Devos (the spear) in SoA is sometimes bugged now

Yes, it has been happening since release. Don’t attempt to throw the spear if your latency is above 100ms.

Devos Spear is bugged in 3 different ways and only 1 of them was fixed

There are 3 bugs associated with the spear on the final boss encounter in Spires Of Ascension.
