I’m thinking I did the same thing. I went hard on the mission table, funneling a lot of my anima into it. I’ve done every campaign upgrade mission, and now, I have a campaign quest that is 48 elite. (My top follower is level 35.) Most of the missions I get are now well beyond any reasonable chance of success, regardless of the followers or configurations I use…enemy health pools on the order of 10-15k and damage in the 700-800 range. I’ve managed one soul ash mission, and I’m pretty sure I eaked by with only a few hit points. Also, whenever I try to save the soul ash missions and level up with the bonus XP missions, the soul ash missions disappear before their stated expirations, only to be replaced with ridiculously higher level missions.
I’m kyrian, by the way. For the troll kids…no, I’m not going to forsake the character I’ve played since BC, invest even more time, and roll the “flavor of the month” covenant, class, race, etc. I don’t think it’s asking a lot for Blizzard to address balance, to expect a polished, playable game for the money/time we invest here.
