I’m unsure if they could redeem Arthas, for one to be redeemed, they would want that for themselves and attempt to strive for it, no? Arthas cut out his own heart, and slain his child form to cast out any innocence.

I’m unsure if I’d like an Arthas redemption story, but I’d be certainly happy if there was some Arthas/Jaina closure, in one shape or form.

After the Jailor is dealt with, I could easily see Arthas rise to power as the new jailor of the maw. Seriously, that job title suites him the same if not possibly more than the lich king.

That’d be an interesting ending. Then Jaina can become a villain with the sole purpose of seeing Arthas. Then they can suffer with each other for eternity.

I loved it too. I just… why does everyone have to look so malnourished in these videos and the Warbringers videos and the DH starting animations. Everyone looks like they’ve been starving for a long time. It’s kinda distracting. But, still good stuff for sure.

Calling it now, we defeat the Jailor, opening the door to all the lost souls to pour out of the Maw like a flood.

The Night Elves that burned in Teldrassil do Attack on Mount Hyjal 2: electric boogaloo Sylvannas edition, and the wisps swarm her to weaken her just like Archimonde.

She’s dealt a blow but brushes it off (shocker). Camera pans to her face, getting up off her knee, and boom, behind her a silhouette of nothing but long, white hair.

Arthas says something baller like, “You fell before me once, sylvannas and I intend to repeat history.”

“You are no more than that cumbersome loaf of a successor I’ve dispatched so easily at your very throne, what makes you think you can defeat me now”

Something Something, you think you’re the only one who’s empowered by the damned? Intense battle ensues, Arthas kills her, claiming his rightful place as new jailor of the Maw.

Bonus points if Garrosh shows up somewhere in the fray just to say “Watch your clever mouth B****” and join Arthas in fighting her.

uthers VA did an amazing job with him in the short imo, when he asked devos how long he must train, when he called out for the light to save his soul, all of it was just astoundingly well voiced.

It was really good. Like really, really good! Way better than any of the Warbringers, Harbingers, or Lords of War shorts.
