I’ve got an idea for an addon that’s never been made before but I don’t code. I’m paying a hefty amount of gold if you can develop it, I’m talking in the millions.
If your plan entails scanning to get ‘information superiority’ then good luck! But lots of addons do this already, so I imagine you plan to go further.
If your plan is to automate transactions then be advised you will have to maintain a human in the loop. The relevant functions are hardware-protected, meaning they require an action such as a button click.
Like I said, it’s nothing that’s available publicly.

Keep in mind that addon development isn’t a money making venture for 95% of the addon developers out there. The folks that do it are passionate players that give up their free time after their job to do, essentially, more work. You’ll need to sell them on why your idea is a great idea.
Also, you should familiarize yourself with a software development methodology such as Agile. It’s not programming but the process of how software is designed, built, tested and released. Most of all you should be prepared to invest a significant amount of your time in design and testing process.
