hardstuck in this hell loop of 40minutes queues of games of 3-3 that give 0 rating… then getting 20, then losing 20… and staying there forever.
I’m really starting to conclude that the whole process to get better and manage to climb more, its a time burn.
Its literally getting endless hours to burn, and to burn i mean… throw in the garbage.
how many hours do i need to throw in the thrash to get better to climb up from this point? no idea… will it be worth it? hell no, if there is a feeling of “feeling productive” then this situation, is the exact opposite feeling

the last time i bothered was in bfa last season, and before that in legion with some very good friends help.
So i’m really just catching up to the feeling now.
The feeling of, getting to the place where you are good in pvp… being that in whatever you are doing, this feeling of… not worth it, of being a horrible investment

i highly recommend that you find another hobby to fill your WoW time for a bit. every time i feel this way about wow, i stop playing for a bit to reset the mental. gl

I mean if you are consistently going 4:2 at least, you’ll climb no matter what. If you’re feeling stuck it just means you currently belong in that range.

Imagine if there was gear milestones like shadowlands.
In some ways it made the ratings and ladder gaps bigger. Pros and cons I guess.

my goal is being able to reach 1.8k on a casual level… and then proceed to 2.1k
i want 1.8k to be a natural flow for me, i just play and get it, that simple.
1800 is still very easy to hit right now. In 3’s if you play the game you should be 1800, in solo shuffle it’s like top 400 even for bad specs.

No, infinitely easier. Top 400 for the spec. So whatever spec your playing at least 400 other people are over 1800 with it
Take a look at the shuffle ladder for hpriest, hpally, pres evoker and rdruid fam
tbf barely anyone plays evoker. I think it’s the least played new class in an expansion ever. And why play holy when disc is around but the rdruid one is kinda surprising. It is one of the harder healers with a less rewarding playstyle, so bad players are less likely to play it. But either way the guy making this complaint was a warlock and there are tons of them over 1800.

I really wish there was just a simple ranking ladder with a number placement on it. if you play fighting games you might feel you suck balls but if you look at the ladder theres like 10000 active players which puts things in perspective. id love to know whats actually going on with my rating beyond “1400 lol”
idk if its inflation or suckage but my rating is low as f atm
Its the second week of the season. Inflation usually starts like week 3-4.
