So I marked last one I made here as resolved cuz I thought it was but still didn’t get statue. It has taken long before in the past and now it seems it got sent to my other address that is thousands of miles away from me now, many KMs away. So I do the stuff and it says in the question asked for helping me, Blizz asked “What is your order ID ?” So then I looked at all my orders and…. it shows up there not. So I have no order ID listed for the Mephesito 27” statue. Oh and by the way..the new btag system caused me to lose every reply I got to this toon here. It now just shows my stupid mage only even on this toon and only logged into this toon to post just so that it could get a direct message from this thread to me without spam of other threads since I quit posting on this toon…just throwing that out there that I came to this toon just to get an easier time of looking at my replies to problem but new setup shows ZERO replies made to this toon, only my stupid mage gets the replies. So my Order list is not updating, it is months behind. There are thousands of dollars missing from my order history and latest one does not show. So can it be sent, the order ID so that way I can track the order that is not exactly on time. Need Order ID sent to my email is all… Oh and then there is the problem that it may have gone to one of my other addresses. I want it to my address that is my billing address. Other address is thousands of miles away and saw it got auto changed to my old place by default.
You are looking under the gear store for order and contact information? GM staff for the game don’t have information on gear store orders, and the store is run by a third party.

So your best option is to open a ticket with the Gear Store, as it’s a separate entity from Blizzard, and has a different support. If you go to the gear store, you should see a “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.
