To be honest I’m exhausted seeing “gorgeous art and sound” being the only major factor while the game just becomes trash since BFA.
There’s only so many times you can oooh and aaah at a random sunset and take screenshots
I’m still of the opinion that MoP was the best looking expansion to date.

Comparing MoP’s art to BFA and SL is like comparing a beautiful art tapestry to a “painting” where paint was thrown randomly around

BFA has some good looking bits and the art DIRECTION of sl is nice, but MoP has to be the most consistently good looking.
You can’t name me one MoP area that doesn’t look amazing. Even ruined zones like the vale and dread wastes look great.
At least BFA gave us a restored vale…sometimes.

I like it better than the other options, which I have tried extensively since the other options were released (including the current FOTM game). I enjoy WoW more, and I am a very casual player, not an endgame-focused player, so not the player they are supposedly designing the game for now. I just prefer pretty much everything about the way WoW handles things to how the competitors do, based on experiences in the leading competitor games.

Even though I’m not as engaged with the game since SL has been released I still like the game. SL is just a little boring to me since I’m not a raider, serious PvPer, or in to mythic dungeons.
Either give your proof or your 3 miniscule links are in fact proof that you are wrong.
Don’t expect to ride in on a donkey and be treated like a King when you have no qualities of a King. Post more proof.

I played Vanilla to Cata launch and came back BFA 8.3 so I missed everything before that.
Compared to BFA… Shadowlands is leaps-and-bounds better.

I’m not going to get caught up in good expansion vs. bad expansion, because one person’s trash is another person’s treasure and all that.
I will say that I am enjoying this expansion and I’m having fun playing it.

Yeah, I think it’s just you, because I just wrote it having never written it before.
I sat down to reply to the thread and was going to list a whole bunch of reasons why I liked this expansion, but ultimately decided it wouldn’t be worth it; I would just be told why, and how, I’m wrong. So I wrote that instead.
Is it really that hard to believe that there are people out and about who just… like WoW as it is?
