The reason groups get toxic in the 8-14 range is because people aren’t carrying for valor anymore, all the players there have great 2-8 keys even though they probably did like 3k dps. You have people who have done 3 m+ dungeons ever being put into an 11 upper kara key. Smells like a disaster! 8-14 groups are a mix of the people who have paid their dues and the clueless (and why would they have a clue? valor farmers aren’t chatty overall - they are there for quick runs). Higher key, higher valor seems like a good solution. But right now they might as well get rid of every key between 2-5 and 15.
