There’s really no need.
Any crafter can skill up to making 151 gear easily, and a number either have or will soon have access to making 168 gear for every slot except trink/cape/weapons, and cape you can get 171 easily.
So for maybe 10-20k gold you can already have most of what you’re asking for. Albeit access to better weapons other than through pvp would be nice, as someone who doesn’t pvp.
