The bad thing is you cant recruit troops. And you sort of need them for the bonuses and low champion count.
We actually can interact at our mission/warfront tables. I found it quite odd when I first was on my horde characters that it is not the case for Horde. ![]()
Did you play as Horde during WoD? lol I felt so badly for Horde players compared to Alliance with the zones/garrison locations.
If one has been playing long enough, they have legendary champions and can get the bonus without troops, in addition quite a few likely use the app for recruiting and missions.
All of my troops are legendary, I can get over 100% without troops unless there is a curse in effect but all I go after is Azerite, gold, runes and pet tokens so bonus? not that big of deal right now.
Running circles in Dal/sitting around on the Flelhammer on /2 are some of my fondest memories of Legion tbh.
Why would they make the mission table and basically central hub away from /2? Why couldnāt they have just extended the radius down a bit, even if theyāre so in love with the idea of the mission table/wf/islands being so far from the rest of everything? It makes it even more isolated and lonely than the WoD Garrison. At least you could talk with people there.
I mean I dont use the app. I dont have lege dary troops because I dont remember to get the missions. Its like a 2 minute flight. Not to mention getting enough resources for alts and getting exalted honorbound to even get it on your alts. Yes its still an issue to not recruit troops up there. Most of my alts are parked by the port for the expeditions/ warfront portals, and getting to kultiras quickly. With a flightpath between the port and my heart. I basically always have youtube or alt tab up from the afk travel time.
I have no clue, and it makes absolutely no sense to me. First time I went to do something at my Horde mission table I was thinking - wow /2 is incredibly quiet - then realized there was no access to /2 availability there. ![]()
I actually thought it was a bug and nearly opened a ticket before I realized I just couldnāt access it.
I have so many questions for Blizz regarding this expansion. Itās just terrible, thoughtless decision after terrible, thoughtless decision. Legion felt like such a labor of love and a service to the fans but this feels so phoned in.
Zuldazar somehow manages to have both the best design and the worst layout of any city in the gameās history, so thereās that at least.
How to fix it? Add 2 access. Add a little nightborne portal to click between the two spots. Maybe a zandalari portal. The flying totems are a little malplaced imo.
But yea something that reduces afk flightpath time would be an appreciated qol.
Paāku totems are really fast.
I love Dazarāalor. All the questing in troll cities and other areas prepared me to navigate it.
Wouldānt say Horde is better at PvE and PvP. Both sides have some of the biggest shamaladingdongs ive seen in MMOs
No joke, I started this expansion as horde and rage quit to alliance before hitting level cap. I have both now, but ⦠for that first character⦠my god man.
Iām kind of surprised anyone bothers with the mission table.
On my main, Iāll do one a week, the mission you get from filling your island expeditions bar. Maybe Iāll do one for shiney pet charms.
Thatās it. The rewards from the other missions hardly seem like adequate compensation for the war resources. Iād rather spend them on bonus roll tokens.
My alts donāt even bother with the table at all unless they must for story quest progress.
I agree. The zone looks great, but its a royal PITA.
I do it for pet charms, or if it has the 400+ AP reward, and extremely seldom the gold reward. Iāve managed to acquire over 10k pet charms so far. lol
Iām swimming in resources so itās a drop in the bucket for me.
Me too, on my main at least.
I never really enjoyed the ācheck the mission tableā twice daily chore, but did it because it was too profitable/rewarding not to.
Iām glad itās been scaled back enough that I can ignore it without feeling like Iām undermining my altsā progress.
Iād rather take that staired monstrosity over the confusing maze of poop-brown sticks that is Borealus.
Besides, my butt never looked so thicc thanks to all those stairs. ( ͔° ĶŹ ͔°)
I agree. I usually will āsend outā the missions, then return to it a day or two later when the blinking icon on my mini map catches my eye. lololol
Whatās a āzuldanzarā ?
