I don’t know how anyone is getting to 60. The xp success reward barely increases. I do all the 1200s and attempt any that are really high in winning.

I have only 4 level 40s and honestly that came from those single companion XP rewards.

Op,glade you mention this,oh dang ,how much more can they mess this game up? It’s no wonder people are leaving any good content is being mucked up.

I’ve got 4 level 60s with at least level 2 upgraded tables.
One of them has 3 level 60 adventurers, with the rest 50+. The others range from 30-40 or 40-50.
I have got one level 66 mission so far, but I just skipped it and I still have plenty of level 60 and lower missions on that character.
It just seems like the difficulty jumps back and forth from face-roll easy, to mind bogglingly hard.

To level your adventurers, concentrate on the missions with the most exp rewards. I get most of my anima from doing WQ and callings and suchlike.

Well, I just logged on with the companion app and the lvl 66 mission has gone away.

Also, why am I getting an error message about another user editing my post?

Ahh thanks for those! I’ll try and stay aware of them if they cause me problems.

I don’t really have much to compare them to other than FFXIV, but from those what I see so far;

  • The gold for the 262 took about a week of dailies (the gold sack and reward helped probably the most). What is causing the delay for me before is that only limited amount of Cinders which they have fixed now.

  • I chose kyrian faction because I like how it looks. I think my damage is still ok night fae I know is best but I think there are weaknesses and strengths to either. I like that I get to use this on every mob pack and it aligns with my legendary.

Rest I don’t have an idea about yet and so hopefully doesn’t impact. Worse case I just won’t play :joy:

I’m still able to complete the most difficult missions with NF as of yesterday but just need to bring out the big gun with Dreamweaver. Did something change starting today?

There were a couple achievement related missions involving stygia and soul ash this week but again Dreamweaver made them look easy.

Yep switched and got level 49 cinder and level 60 soul ash missions for my level 20 followers.

There are always going to be missions you cannot complete until your followers gain some levels.

I run the table daily on 8 characters and I’m always skipping missions I cannot complete for easier ones, and have to come back later for the hard ones (they generally cycle back around pretty quickly).

Never use troops on experience missions. Fill those suckers up with followers. Do every 4 hour mission on the table. Get the addon covenant mission manager. It helps you sort it out for a 100% win rate.

If it’s a non xp four hour mission you can win with one follower do it but throw in a dps and healer troop to spare them some hp loss.

I use this in conjunction with Venture Plan. I rarely fail any missions.

Thus is why I never really touched the mission tables in legion, BFA or this expansion, their just not fun. Their boring, tedious, and just bland to sit there and level your followers and hero’s. I get the appeal in free resources and gold, yet I just personally am not interested or invested in the game enough to want to learn all the ins and outs of the tables.

The only ones it doesn’t calculate are the ash, cinder and some high the level 40+ elite missions. Else, the rest just throw followers in, push the button to let it sort them. Go. Win.

Not really much to them, honestly. Your followers get XP by running missions, and if you place the followers in the mission “slots” correctly, you get some decent (not great) stuff.

The addons help sort your followers into the “correct” slots, provided you have the right comp to defeat the mission. If not, drop a follower out and try a different one.

Also with all this covenant hopping everyone is doing make sure to walk into the torghast room. Often there will be followers in there waiting for you to grab them because you already unlocked them but weren’t a part of that covenant at the time.

Maybe they will raise the levels in 9.2 when renown goes to 120! Just skip it it’s just one mission.

There are 3 addons for command tables. Venture plan obviously. The other two I forget the names. One gives you a success estimate. Use it for new missions (the ones that give xp boosts tokens) from 9.1. You want to be within 3 or 4 rounds for guaranteed success. The other one positions your troops better besides venture plan for newer missions again when possible.

For night fae, most of my 22 followers are always out doing missions by themselves. Some XP boosts require couple. The most difficult ones are reserved for dreamweaver (stygian, soul ash/cinder, and extremely high damage anima missions.)

I wish I could express the amount of times playing this game has created this exact frustration:

That I would take the time and effort to pay to play a game that does nothing but change the goal post. Why bother?! It doesn’t matter what I choose the game itself will just continue to out scale my best efforts.

I really must be an idiot to continue bothering with this nonsense.
