I agree with half as well. You can make a point without tearing down others to do so. Nor do you have to shower one’s self with praise on why you AREN’T like them. Seems … defensive or compensating for less than 100% security in one’s self. But that’s just a stranger’s impression.

That’s my suspicions as well.
I mean, it is a classic war move - fifth column groups / false-flag operations / psychological operations.
Maybe new-generation companies just gave up on PR and adopted CIA / KGB (FSB) tactics, since players are each day more of a guerrilla group as well.

You shouldn’t worry so much about others. I’ve been in WoW for well over a decade and I don’t know anyone else’s name in the game or the forums. With that much focus on my own work and nobody else’s, let’s just say my lack of success can’t be my fault since my focus is on my work more than the ‘elite’ focus on theirs. Don’t tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about or that I need to L2P, if all things are on the up & up and being done at face value then my focus is in the right spot for this. But yeah… why care about those people enough to remember their name when they clearly don’t think much of yours enough to focus on their own in-game work rather than looking at and scrutinizing yours?

Blizzard employees do get a free account as an employment perk. So some who are posting might be employees, but I think most employees are too busy to play the game at this time.

Wow is don’t that way ,they would look you up but not take it to the extent as to blacklist you as other games do. Eq is pretty good at that.
