every mmo requires you to level and it doesnt fall under the concept of end game pve. also incase you havent noticed you can completely level through bgs and skirmishes now a days
i literally didnt end game pve throughout all of mop wod or legion. no idea what ur talking about. this is the first expac where I am forced to spam dungeon every week of every season in order to rng warforge or get rng sockets
